Hi, I’m Tamsin! I offer various therapy and coaching modalities geared towards emotional/psychological wellbeing, relationships, parenting and change. I work with both adults and teenagers, using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, IFT (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory and Gottman therapy.

My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.

I provide a warm, safe and confidential space for you to share and express your feelings, thoughts, and difficulties in your life.

I support you in the areas of: anxiety/depression, self-esteem/confidence, balance in your life, personal development, problematic use of alcohol and drugs, anger management and the psychological side of Autism and Asperger’s, OCD, ADD, ADHD and more.
